How can I pay?
A booking can use available Ride Credit, Referral Bonus, and an InstaPay transfer for any remaining amount. The app shows the complete breakdown before confirmation.
What do the published times mean?
The pickup-ready time is the booking cutoff for that trip. The trip may leave before its listed departure time once all scheduled passengers have been collected.
Where can I review cancellation or refund rules?
