The service
Line Rides provides tools to book, perform, and manage rides. Trip times, availability, and fares are governed by the information shown in the app when an action is completed.
Your account
You are responsible for accurate account information and for keeping sign-in credentials confidential. Do not use another person's account.
Bookings and payments
The fare, cancellation, no-show, and refund rules presented in the app apply to each booking. Payment proof is subject to review before confirmation.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, submit false documents or payment evidence, or attempt unauthorized access.
